Delete my account

In the game

You can delete your account in the game, under Settings. Follow the steps on that screen.

• The account is not deleted at once. It is deleted after 30 days. Until then you can change your mind and keep it, from any device of the account.
• If you signed in with Apple or Google, the game asks you to sign in there once more to confirm. This is so that someone who only holds your phone cannot delete your account.

What is deleted and what is kept

When the 30 days are over, your account, devices and sign-in ids are deleted, and every part of the game that keeps something about you is told to forget it:

• your friends and friend requests, both ways;
• your places and best times on the lists, and your ghost files;
• your progress: coins, racers, looks, statistics;
• your Rivals pairs and their races;
• your level drafts;
• reports you made about names.

Two things stay:

• Levels you published stay in the game, without your name as maker, because other players have times on them.
• Records of purchases, if any: the link to you is removed.

If you can no longer open the game

Write to support@tekjur.com and tell us your player name with its four-digit tag and which phone you used.

Please be aware: the game does not keep your email address or your real name, so we may not be able to tell that an account is yours. We may ask you for more information, and we may have to say no if we cannot tell who you are.
