Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Tekjur, Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, for the game Rowdy Racers. Contact: support@tekjur.com.

2. Your account

The game makes an account for you the first time you open it. Your phone holds the key to that account, so keep it safe. You can sign in with Apple or Google so you can reach the account on another phone.

3. Your name and what you make

Choose a name that is fit to show. We check names, and if we decide a name is not fit to show, it becomes "Racer" for good. You can report names in the game.

A level you publish is public. By publishing it you let us and other players play, show and store it in the game, also after you delete your account, when it stays without your name as maker.

4. Fair play

Race results are checked on our servers.

5. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete my account.
